tips for hot summer days!

Sunshine and warm temperatures are the perfect companion for a city trip. We selected for you the best and cheapest bathing tips.

When the thermometer stays at 30 degrees Celsius or even more, you'll soon break a sweat. But even in a city break in Vienna, Salzburg and Klagenfurt you can sunbathe on the beach or refresh yourself in the lake, that will help you to keep a cool head despite hot temperatures.

Bathing tips for Klagenfurt

For those enjoying their holidays in Klagenfurt, they can cool down right next to the hotel. Only a few meters from the AllYouNeed Hotel guests can find the Wörthersee lido. Either you refresh yourself here or you take your bike to find a cozy place at the lake - enjoy the summer in Klagenfurt!

Lido Klagenfurt and lido Maria Loretto (sorry, only in German)

Bathing tips for Salzburg

On a hot summer day we recommend guests of the AllYouNeed Hotel Salzburg to take a trip to lake Liefering. The lake impresses with 22,000 m2 of water surface and free entrance. The central location of the AllYouNeed Hotel allows you to reach the lake within a few minutes, by bus or car. For those who prefer to cool down in the pool, we recommend the open air pool "Volksgarten". The pool is just 2 km away from the hotel.

Bathing tips for Vienna

Badeschiff
Guests who are staying in one of the AllYouNeed Hotels in Vienna by over 30 degrees, have many opportunities to cool down. The Badeschiff, a boat with a pool, is located in the city center of Vienna, thus very centrally and close to the AllYouNeed Hotel. The Badeschiff is probably the most unusual place to swim in Vienna. The location is especially recommendable for hot nights - where else can you splash until 10p.m.?

Alte Donau
The Alte Donau is a centrally located recreational area in Vienna. Very charming is the contrast between the skyscrapers of the city and the idyllic nature of the Danube. Along the old Danube, are numerous beaches calling for enjoyment, f.e. the famous Gänsehäufel. The restaurants, mostly directly on the waterfront, are taking care of your wellbeing.

Insiders' Tip: Try the Strandcafe for the best Spareribs in town!

After a beautiful day at the beach- or seaside and some exhausting splashing in the water it's high time for some relax time with great food and cool drinks...
