    Conference Offer full day (8:00 am – 6:00 pm) € 30,-/p.p

    • Morning Coffee break with coffee, tea, apple-and orange juice, water and spicy snacks
    • Afternoon coffee break with coffee, tea, apple-and orange juice, water and sweet snacks
    • Soft drinks in the room during the event (water and juices)

    Number of participants: minimum 10, maximum 20.
    For groups of less than 10 participants there is an additional charge of € 3,-/p.p.

    Cancellation Conditions

    • Cancellation free of charge is possible 14 days prior to the agreed date.
    • Up to 10 days before the agreed date: cancellation free of charge for 15% of the participants.Cancellation of more than 15% of the participants will be charged with 70% of the agreed total turnover.
    • Up to 3 days before the agreed date: cancellation free of charge for 5% of the participants. Cancellation of more than 5% of the participants will be charged with 90% of the agreed total turnover.
    • Within 3 days prior to the agreed date: no free cancellation possible. In case of cancellation 100% of the agreed total turnover will be charged.

    Payment terms

    A deposit of 65% of the total amount has to be paid 14 days prior to the agreed event date. The remaining amount is due 3 days prior to the event. Any bank charges are to be covered by the client. The hotel contract shall only be concluded once the deposit has been received.
