We closed the hotel business

Dear guests,

COVID-19 has changed city tourism on long term. Therefore, we have 2021 decided to focus on our core business [the operation of student residences through the parent company „home4students“ Österreichische Studentenförderungsstiftung] and to close the hotel business.

These have been great and exciting years for us!

We thank you and all our guests for the nice and unforgettable encounters.
